This is a space to go deeper into your grief, supported by a community of women. Over the course of four weeks, we will show up for each other in weekly online circles to share about our grief. We will journey with our grief while supported by each other, the elements, and plant medicine.

The Grief Retreat

This is a four-day, deeply held immersive retreat. ​We will unite in a safe, sacred space to honour and process our grief, exploring our grief through cacao ceremonies,Temezcal, sharing circles, grief rituals, and somatic release. Come and join us to process your grief with the power of community.

Where we alchemise the emotions of Love and grief while letting our inner lions ROOARRRR!!

We will sit in circle with the medicine of cacao, reflect on our journeys, move and shake our bodies and get down with our grief. Expect a great sound track to release your grief through Drum and Bass and shamanic dance!
Online Grief Circle

This is an online circle for you to share and express your truth about your grief. From the comfort of your own home, you can be supported by others, and we can share our stories, be heard, and be witnessed in our grief. Bring a cuppa, light a candle, and get cosy for this experience.

Dance Body Gathering

I can't wait to be back in the muddy fields, dancing and frolicking around, surrounded by the vibrancy of organic farm life. I'll be setting up my heart-shine Healing Zen Den, where I'll offer a truly restorative experience for your body and spirit. With my unique twist on massage and bodywork, tailored specifically to your festival needs, you'll be left feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.

Home Schooling Online Support Group

This is a space for homeschooling parents to come together and share experiences, highlights, and concerns. We will explore alternative education theories around child development and consider models tailored to our children's needs. I can give feedback and provide activities and suggestions to encourage child development guided by a qualified 'alternative' teacher.
