ABOUT MY OFFERINGS

Massage/Bodywork

Deep Tissue . Thai Yoga . Cupping . Aromatherapy . Reiki

I have trained in Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Thai Yoga, Cupping and Reiki and have 8 years experience. I like to create a massage fusion of these styles, intuitively guiding me to what your body needs.

My intention is to remove any emotional stress that has been stored in the body. I work deeply on tension around the muscles while flowing with energy lines to enhance the natural flow of qi, leaving your body feeling balanced and renewed.

Meditation

Chakra . Shamanic . Sound

Meditation became part of my daily practice about 10 years ago when I started teaching. I realized that I needed some more yin in my life. A few years later, a Vipassana in Goa really shifted my mindset, allowing me to have a complete cellular renewal from silence and stillness.

At first, I found silent meditation quite challenging, so guided visualizations were more my cup of tea. A chakra balancing meditation is always at the top of my list for a simple reset.

I like to create dynamic meditations that allow us to explore what's playing out in the cosmos. These meditations allow us to be creative with what our bodies need to support this process through breath, sound, voice, movement, and shamanic journeys.

Cacao

Ceremonies and Ritual

Cacao has been my medicine for the last 5 years. It has helped me process my grief, connect deeper with my spirit and live a more balanced lifestyle.

After completing my cacao facilitator training, I have held ceremonies in person, online, and at festivals over the last few years.

I use cacao as an integral part of my healing offerings. I like to honour the indigenous roots of this medicine through prayer, intention and gratitude to the goddess Ixcacao. These ceremonies allow you to open your heart space and see what really needs to be loved.

I have now sourced and created my own ceremonial cacao brand that is ethical to all hands and hearts involved. I use this organic Guatemalan cacao in these sessions.

Naturopathy

Acupunture . Nutrition . Herbalism

After years devoted to my personal healing through holistic practices and herbal remedies, I am ready to continue this journey into the naturopathy route. Giving me a broader understanding of how to diagnose and treat the whole being with a range of natural medicines and holistic practices from all over the world. I am beginning my 4-year study plan to become a Naturopath, but I will be taking on case studies and starting my practice with acupuncture in the next few months.

Movement

Yoga . Dance . Somatic release

Expressive movement has been part of my spirit since I was a child. I grew up going to weekly 5-rhythms and ecstatic dance events. I have continued this throughout my adult life and have found it one of my main releasing practices.

I am a big fan of Osho's dynamic meditations (shaking, jumping, spiralling) and often use these techniques to support the release of trauma, anxiety and tension in the body. A shamanic Jaguar journey is one of my favourite spaces to hold as we unleash and release the wild being through movement, sound and breath

In 2016 I completed my 200-hour Yoga teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa and have since then completed my 300 Multi-style TTC. Yoga, for me, is all about showing up for yourself and connecting within. Its not about fancy poses and doing the splits. I still can't do those. But I show up on my mat every day, which says a lot about my commitment to the roots of the practice. I now design flows that are a mixture of styles, bringing in breath, balance and meditation to all my practices. I love to spice it up and bring the elements of music and dance to a yoga class. Reggae yoga is a personal fav.
