After years of trying different cacao brands, I wanted to connect deeper with the lands from which this medicine came. This year, I went on a journey around Central America. I volunteered in different communities, explored ancient Mayan sites, and visited cacao farms. 

I was quite shocked by the differences and quality between the cacao farms that claim to be ceremonial grade. But when I visited Tuq’tuquilal, I knew immediately this was the farm I was meant to connect with.

During my visit to the farm, the local farmers received dentistry treatment as part of the community support programme. This farm operates from a place of passion and heart, and this vibration is infused in the cacao itself.
